Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Specialist (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Specialist to support the end-to-end supply chain operations for our pharmaceutical products. This role ensures compliant, efficient, and timely movement of materials through distribution and logistics

Key Responsibilities

· Assist team in day-to-day supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.

· Coordinate with QA, manufacturing, and logistics teams for shipment of product and delivery.

· Create purchase order for APIs, excipients, packaging components, and finished goods based on customer order.

· Liaise with contract manufacturer and 3PL service providers

· Track inbound and outbound shipments; resolve delays or issues with carriers

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or related field

· 2-3 years of supply chain, logistics, procurement experience.

· Minimum one year experience in generic pharmaceutical industry

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency with Excel/Sheets.

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities
