Job Responsibilities

• Handling Manufacturing and Filling activities.

• Preparation and review of the master documents of production.

• Preparation and review of protocol and reports based on the requirements.

• Documentation management including BMR’s, BPR’s Master SOPs etc.

• Line clearance activity before commencing operations such as manufacturing and filling operations.

• Handling dispensing activities.

• Participating in execution of Qualification and Validation operations.

• Planning and execution of media fill operations as per the schedule.

• Making sure all employees follow cGMP and discipline in the department.  

• Handling deviation and change control.

• Responsible for participating in new product formulation and development operation.

• Manage the engagement of the development and maintenance of products/processes and oversee the production activities in the pharmaceutical formulation and development section.
